      I could live by this cookbook alone.The meals are delicious and actually cookable by the normal person Is cookable even a word Most vegetarian vegan cookbooks call for a variety of ingredients the average person has never even heard of, and most people wouldn t have around their house This cookbook however doesn t require you to travel into china town or any other place like that, just the health food aisle at the grocery store.

      We are almost vegetarian, so this book appealed to me and my interest in feeding my children healthy and interesting vegetarian meals I thought they had some nice ideas, but honestly I could have found the same or online Further, the few recipes I tried weren t all that yummy However, it was nice inspiration to see on the bookshelf and my kids enjoying thumbing through it too.

      This book was okay, but the recipes didn t seem kid friendly at least for my children Typical ingredients I know my kids will never eat include tofu, broccoli, asparagus, salads, and soups.
