I must say that I was really, really pleasantly surprised by this book I cringed after I downloaded it and noticed that this was the same author who wrote the short, The Ghost of Birch River Cabin, a book I gave 1 star to But this one was much beefed up and was developed This one gave me the desire to check out one of his full length books and that maybe my one star review was a fluke for this author Time will tell

I did not like the previous short story by this author, yet this one hit the nail on the head Short, yet creepy and scary at the same time It had the feeling of an effective ghost story told around the campfire scares the listeners, but leaves the unknown open just enough to allow their imaginations to fill in the rest of the scare.

An old school ghost story that ended too fast and needed a little .

A very short easy read and seems like the work of a talented high schooler maybe Not a work of art but good enough for what it was.
