      Though this is superficial, I really like the cover art Plus, it actually relates to the story.The main character seems like a noble, if lonely, person He is quite mysterious, and as another character states, an enigma Leid uses runes to cast magic, though to active it he sometimes says spells they re really like incantations or prayers The author does a fabulous job of explaining different terms, but there is still quite a bit to remember i.e which rune does what.Told from a 3rd person all kno [...]

      This book was terrible Seriously, it was just a mess For starters, the prologue was useless It was the main characters perspective, set later in the book, and only served to pre announce what it was that was going to happen in the book Not only did it warn you not to get attached to anyone, but it also prepped you for how the climax was going to go That is not the point of a prologue Second, the writing was immature A direct quote is He was the standard loner archetype and he didn t like crowds [...]

      I finally finished this book and wish I could get the next book it took a little to get into the storyline, but I kept ON and eventually got through the book But I did enjoy it much so I would like to read the next book in this story

      There was a lot happening, but it was that appealing It was almost predictable It was just horrible.
