I won this book from the giveaway I received it today, read it today, and loved it today It s pouring rain outside and it s the perfect day to read The poems in this book are sweet, funny, sad, romantic, smart, and wonderful It s hard to pick a favorite, but I think Blue Moon would make a beautiful children s picture book as long as the ending is a happy one.

A very good book of poetry I enjoyed it so much because the poems tell stories, and I understand each of them One of my favorites is Wings because it is so graphic and the images tell a beautiful but scarey story of a little girl who falls into a pool while the adults are making a home movie I m on my second reading now, going over the poems a little slower and relishing the details.
