      Some excellent practical information on how to edit Some overly grammar advice such as avoiding they as gender neutral, totally disagree , which the author often didn t follow anyway such as explaining who whom and then not using whom when required It s a good introduction to editing, but there are better books on this subject, such as Pinker s Sense of Style.
