      I loved this book as it is quite a simple and straight forward book A lot of the techniques are often missed out and in fact, I was not aware of it, although there is so much commonsense into it This guide is also a good book to use as a life review book One tip is to read the book whilst creating your own personal notes I managed to download this book via Kindle.
