      Pretty food photographs but nothing I really want to try to make.

      Recipes that are too complicated for me but nearly a 1 1 picture to recipe ratio lets me quietly dream about good Mexican street food.

      I d like to appreciate this book , but needing 7 pounds of lard to cook 7 pounds of pork into carnitas is way over the top.
