Enchanting Great story with strong characters and so much fun You read and see a kid become an adult and learn some of the hard truths of war.

Kindle Unlimited YAY Can t believe this is still so much fun I love it when an author surprises me What s not to love about that little Angel, the bot meister And the four Js, Jane, Jeeves, Jarvis, Jason.4 stars to 1 star because if you read to the end, there s a reset to an alternate timeline path where none of the characters or events existed So all of this is irrelevant, including my original review Another gamer author pranking the reader

Okay, I know that I am not necessarily the target audience for this book, but I have to say I really enjoyed it The science is a bit to say the least fanciful and the story puts me in mind of the musing of a young man daydreaming about being a hero always saving the day, always accepted, always getting the medals, and of course, always getting the girl but who cares The writing is good, the storyline is interesting, the action is just right, and most importantly, the characters are people to lov [...]

Hamburger and friesSometimes, you have to take off the critic s hat Well, maybe not completely there were a lot of things that could be improved the repetitiveness of the plot, dubious and unconvincing attempts at spirituality, paper thin characterisations at timesI could go on But at the end of the day, it was still an easy read for me, probably because I really like space battles, gadgets, and loot Fast food litterature, as my dad calls it, has its place Sometimes all you need is hamburger and [...]

Could do betterWhile the story if fun and interesting I have 1 minor problem and that is Spaceships don t just stop you can t just step off the gas and coast to a stop, you need to counter any momentum with opposite force

It s inverse underdog This guy singlehandlely was able to kill 30 o 40 guys per session and change the course of war and technology, build a commercial empire, become almirante in just one month. My disbelief suspension blow up around 30% of the book

A fun continuation of the series Slightly better than the first book Engaging and page turning The hero is just a little to lucky and good but the author is able to dispel disbelief enough to make it enjoyable Jon has enough rough edges and uncertainty to keep him from becoming a Doc Savage.

DecliningSeems to be following in E E Smith s footsteps Like him the adversaries become tougher but the hero does as well Like Smith s novels this can become boring.

The Anime ContinuesStill interesting, still requires suspension of belief Harem grew even larger and militaries are still pitiful Will try one .

A Book Two That Is Better Than Book OneI thought I was going to dislike this book because of the loss of the women, but now loving it Great story with great characters.
